Computer keep hold of hanging/blue blind when i turn it on?

ably the problem is like..when i turn on my laptop,it newly hang at a unmistaken spot..or the blue screen appear..and i involve to restart it a number of times until that time i can use it(i do have anti virus)
i'm using window vista business, Intel(R) Core(TM)2 CPU T7200.2k ram, 32 bit operating system.

all right..this is a new laptop bought a moment ago a few months ago.I tried to send it for repair but they vote theres no problem.anyone can help?

Actually, window vista is not actually a appropriate OS, sometimes it fails due to physical memory overuse. according to microsoft, 512 mb is the minimum requirements, but for encoding puposes lone. some gaming softwares are not also compatible with window vista, but with window xp instead. You must a have 2GB physical memory and a minimum of 1.6ghz speed of processor for its better production.
Try "Restore" when you eventually get to Windows desktop.

you get only 1 course out .re install windows.
I enjoy had that problem masses times before. What i do to fix it be boot up into the windows xp disk or vista disk, and progress to recovery counsel and afterwards type:
fixmbr
fixboot


then try booting up into your os, and if it doesnt work still, next go final to recovery counsel and type chkdsk
