I'm planning to hold an extra computer on a different room,what charitable of hardware do I want to buy?

you can then share your current printer..so dont involve a new one

I'd say grasp a mac (apple), they're the best computer company in every bearing possible.
I'd go beside a new router, and if its surrounded by a different part of the house, a wireless adapter.
And to the soul who said Mac's are the best in every opening possible, what about the test of games?
The only ones I know are Warcraft 3..World of Warcraft.some cheap Pac-Man impersonation.and thats all.
If you hold an existing cable/dsl modem then only buy a router/AP and buy wireless adapter for your pc afterwards you're set.
All depends on where you set the computer up. If the room's not to far, you can find the longest Network Cable and a router and set it up that way. Or if its similar to on a different level, gain a wireless router and a wireless PCI Card. You can get those at Wal-Mart or a computer store. Belkin is the best wireless so far. Haven't tried the others. And Use NETGear, I've have 2 bad routers from Linksys so far. If you do choose wireless, set up a WEP Key. You gain people who will dance around town all time and do nothing but hack into other people's lattice and ether send emails to get it refer back to your IP address and produce you hell, or start sending you viruses to your pc's. The stronger the WEP knob, the Better. WEP Key's are set up as: 0-9 And A-F. Hope this helps you. :)
