Restoring Dell Inspiron 1000 minus a seizure disk?

Is it possible? I can't find the disk so I can't merely stick it in here and use it. Would downloading a torrent of Windows xp work? I already have window xp installed onto the computer so would it be just approaching restoring it? Thanks

I would think you can do a Full Install and start from at hand. XP may load some Generic Drivers to go and get things up and running enough so that you can afterwards get specific drivers from Dell Support. Sometimes XP own them, but, I have have to install things like Video and Audio Drivers so the Display look better. This what usually on the Recovery Disk, of late now you go and get them from Dell and install manually.
this is what i would do with my Windows XP:

Start Menu > All Programs > Accesories > System Tools > System Restore > (Follow the steps and choose the date to restore pay for to)

I have done this more than once and 1 out of 2 times it WORKED, the second time be cuz something was wrong near computer, 6 Viruses (Bad ones)
