which one is better / faster??

does it thing... or does it just slow the comp down, even if you enjoy a 60GB hardrive & 512MB ram?/

thankfulness so much!

Answer:
No one makes 400MHZ processors, craft sure you're not confusing processor speed with FSB (Front-side bus) speeds.
1.6 ghz is faster and carry more ram sooner so u quickly nouns your programs and laptop
The difference is 1.6Ghz is 4x than 400mhz.
Today computer come with duo processors mostly at a minumum of 1.60 ghz speed.
On the other appendage the smalest HD it is 80GB, and the memory ram 1gig, exceptionally few comes with a 512 ghz push.

buy the 1.6GHZ

GHZ means gigahertzs which is more powerful than the MHZ megahertzs.

GHZ is for the new-age computers/laptops

while

MHZ is the ones found on the laptops/computers 5-7 years spinal column.

hope this helps

and oh:

mega is 1000

giga is 1 million.
You sure thats not 400FSB and a 1.6GHz CPU?

Or 400Mhz RAM
