forget abt defragmenting the RAM... not reqd. however to recuperate the RAM.. press CTRL+ALT+DELETE to bring up the windows obligation manager. surrounded by the processes window..select the process which u quality is not reqd and click end process. this will free up the run into being used by that process. whip care not to shut down critical processess.
