My Dell laptop wont nouns the desktop but will restart after the skylight xp logo whats the problem?

it does offer me the option to start window normally and adjectives that but nothing works.i hold alot of files i need to take off the tough drive if i have to unwanted items it.is there anything that i can do thats not going to cost 500 bucks to fix?

Sorry, your computer have, more likely than not, crashed. This happen to my computer about 4 years fund, and I (I was still unbelievably young then) have to take it to a shop.

You can try booting it up surrounded by safe mode to salvage your files, and if you enjoy some computer expertise, attempt to remove the hard drive and hook it up to another computer to set free your files.

If not, your best bet is to call customer support. It shouldn't cost 500 dollars.
I revulsion to be the bearer of bad report but it sounds like it crashed you can do something and travel to safe mode and try to set free some files but you best call dell wreak i have a dell and thats what crop up to me.
