My laptop ALWAYS say my “USB storage device cannot be stopped now”, even when I enjoy closed adjectives files.?

Do this so you may verbs your USB without have the need to make the "Safely Remove Device" protocol with your flash drive:
My Computers
- Right Click on USB Storage Device
- Click Properties
<your drive> Properties
- Hardware tab
- Select your USB Storage Device from the register
- Click Properties once selected
<your device> Properties
- Policies tab
- Mark the 'Optimize for prompt removal' radio button
- OK - OK
You're done!
You may now verbs that USB device without have the need to use the Safely Remove Device program.
Just DO NOT remove hardware when surrounded by use (copying, moving files, etc) as it may corrupt your data.
possibly a virus or worm or even trojan inside ur comp is messing with ur pendrive or some sort.

Be sure that the applications that may have be using the file(s) is also closed.
That is because your storage device which is using the USB port has be shut-down improperly. When you stop the device, linger for sometime (say 1-2 mins) as in Windows, it take sometime to close all its actions (even though you won't see anything from outside on the screen).
If the problem still persists, report it to your laptop businessman about the USB port of your computer.
