again you do not relate us your os ...guessing you have XP budge to your startup menu go to run> type within msconfig > when the dialog comes up >go startup tab and unfold at the bottom you will see a uninstall all program click it >ok restart this will stop adjectives those program from running in the surroundings and eating up adjectives your memory and your os will put back what it requests < if you are running 98 it is under system information surrounded by the startup menu this will only stop them from starting up at startup it will not stop them from running...obedient luck ..ps//. and get more memory for your computer when you can but to be precise another string
add more memory, it's cheap
Add RAM.( slapdash access memory)
easy disable adjectives your startup programs you dont need running when window starts, also run virus scan, spyware scan
30 bucks and get a memory chip. Ebay is a dutiful place make sure you gain the right memory for your CPU.
