i have put some money on my key.consequently put it in the meter and it wouldnt except it .it come up error.so i then put more money on push button as i thought i might not of put enough on.consequently i relised i had used my outdated key from another electricity company.would i win a refund of the lb8 that i have put on if i ring them and explain what i have done?i still enjoy the receipts.
