HiGrade Laptop?

I bought my daughter a Hi Grade Laptop a couple of weeks ago, just now when you turn it on sometimes windows wont boot up and near is just a flashing cursor within the top corner of the screen. We cant appear to do anything about it can anyone assistance please??

Answer:
Take it back to the shop, unless, as you would expect, you bought it 2nd hand or at a car-boot mart. Hi-grade is not a top brand, so try and get your money backbone and buy something like a HP, Fujitsu, Compaq, Acer, or Sony. Sounds approaching a hardware fault.
oh, I know what this is:

sometimes, your laptop go on standby and you have to charge it.

or you laptop something is broken within side it,

but the battery could be deceased and you could try to charge it.
Try safe boot when its first booting up - press F8 smartly when it prompts you to. Then chose to repair with system restore when you're given the opportunity.

Trust me, same happened to my brother when he never shut his laptop down properly and the same entity happened.
What is the age of your daughter? if amazingly small than something problem arise which is negligible. ring the service man and it will be ok .
