....LAPTOP or DESKTOP???
Answer:
both. use more desktop for unyielding applications, laptop for internet, and for when I travel, music, small games, movies ...
You get much more desktop for your money.
Also desktop is more upgradeable.
At work - desktop. At home - laptop.
For power => Desktop
For portability/usefulness => Laptop
Desktop easier to profess and upgrade and harder to break.
I sorta like both but I guess I prefer my laptop, it's righteous that I can take it somewhere I go when I inevitability to and it loads up really fast...plus it's mine so nobody else is allowed to use it lol.
I get a laptop but got docking station, monitor and grand piano so I can take the laptop near me when I have work meeting and also sit comfortably working at the desk with docking station etc. during the morning
Mac Books are more reliable that most laptops.
i think laptop mete out you can take it anywhere, you can scrutinize the footy and come on here and answer some Qs :) on the comfort of your sofa.
New laptop will be the good choice
laptops are great for most piece but battery power are freshly crap no matter what one you gain but would still get a laptop.
laptop!
My sister say she can take her laptop anywhere, and do her work anywhere! Which strikes me as anyone all the proof I need to stay near my desktop. Get a desktop, they're easier to repair, upgrade, use, they're better on the eyes, with bigger screen that are easier to see. They are a lot more difficult to steal, much harder to mar and don't get misplaced or gone behind. I can't in actual fact see any reasons for owning a laptop.
Desktop, mo power. I single use my laptop for web browsing, online poker, google movies and simple software approaching turbotax. Wouldnt want to do any Photoshop on a laptop, unless its the $5,000 dollar kind.
Desktops:
Have much more power are much better, cheaper than laptops and are vastly easily upgradable.
Laptops:
Good becuase they are portable but you receive less for your money next to a laptop (e.g. a lb500 laptop may have indistinguishable speces as a lb300 pc)
Macs:
They are rubbish if you ever get one after you will regret it for the rest of your life. the cheepest macs that are sold start from lb800 and they enjoy the same (if not worse) specs than a lb400 laptop. Also no software will run on macs. Yes they may not get virus but what good are they if thats adjectives they can do
Personal preference would be a laptop. They don't pinch up loads of room,you can use them all over the house and help yourself to them with you somewhere you go.
desktop you newly had to look at adjectives the q/a to see how many things travel wrong with laptops
