" nastya039... " is correct, however this procedure call "conditioning the battery" is really only required on new battery & should be repeated 3 times on intial usage.
After that it really doesn't matter.

If you want to keep your batery hygienic and Happy. The better is to let it almost drain, and next full recharge. This will also prevent something called "memory effect" and expand the batery life span. The memory efect is a condition of a rechargable batteries be it shows that all fully charged but are not and discharge extraordinarily fast.
when its nearly rundown, otherwise you'll rumple the charge memory. - it wont retain the same amount of charge and maintain power for the same amount of time.
