I cant hibernate my computer?
and i click on shut down here is options i try to click on HIBERNATE and it does not work?

Try going to your control panel, and going to your power admin. There should be a setting somewhere in near that gives you the prospect to hibernate. My guess is that the setting is set for ALWAYS ON. I hope that kind of help.
check if your computer is frozen. if its not, try restarting it then try to hibernate it.

Go to Start>Control Panel>Performance and Maintenance>Power Options>Hibernate tab. Click on enable Hibernate consequently OK. Should work now.
