Laptop touchpad doesn't work?

my laptop touchpad doesn't work and i've tried to reformat after i've tried updating the driver and i procure a "SETUPDIENUMDRIVERINFO" CODE = 0X00000103 ... anyone who can help me out??

the HP laptops hold a small button on the top of the touchpad frame. it will toggle the touchpad off and on. nearby is a small light that is to say blue when on and yellow when rotten. your touch pad may be bleak, in which valise a new driver or reformat won't lend a hand. why not get a usb mouse? I disgust the touchpad and use a wired usb mouse on my laptop
its happen greatly to laptop like yours. you want to buy new touchpad which is not really expensive for me, or you can a short time ago bought a usb mouse.
