Black horizontal lines appear on laptop?

Hi, yesterday when I tried to play WoW I have low fps in the 10s so I downloaded a newer newspaper of my graphic driver( I hold intel GMA 950 with shared memory of up to 224mb). Since next, when I start my computer, I get this black horizontal lines across my blind on the user login page. Also, on the start up page, I automatically get winSAT 3D assessment which did not occur prior to installing the newer driver. Everything gets better after. I tried to reinstall the elder version of the driver but I still win the black lines. I dont think the problem is next to my monitor because everything gets put a bet on to normal after the start-up page. If anyone know how to fix this, please tell me. By the process my spec is:
toshiba satellite A135-S4467
intel core 2 duo T5200
intel GMA 950 graphic card
1024mb hit
160GB hard disk
window vista home premium 34-bit

Answer:
Contact Toshiba about the problem and use the graphics drivers that they hold qualified for the system. It sounds like an Intel graphics driver problem. Intel also have a list of applications that own known issues near their drivers on their website.
BTW. rolling back to the antiquated driver isn't always stable
Stick beside the winsar 3d assessment. Maybe it is the display adapter's problem.
