Many laptops presently offer Blu-ray, but one Sony's technology, I would think they (Sony)have the better effecting. Dell and Samsung also offer machines beside Blu-ray drives.
Most newer machines now solely offer the Vista OS.
The largest laptop internal knotty drive I know of is 200GB.
Many options on the processors, but it appears Intel right in a minute has the fringe with the Core 2 Duo.
You might also want to consider Apple's terrific MacBooks. I own a regular MacBook with both MacOS and Windows XP (could be Vista) installed, and it runs both great! Not sure if you can receive one with Blu-ray, though.
No budget, does not niggardly throwing away money or buying something that will not do the job.
I suggest you settle on what applications you plan on running and then check out the minimum systems requirements for those applications. Once you own figured how what you necessitate then you can agree on which laptop would best meet your wants. Consider ... size of display, size and weight of the laptop, battery-operated life, etc.
IBM, Dell, HP and Toshiba are adjectives reliable suppliers that make a ability product with right support. So, once you have narrowed down what you stipulation then pick a couple unit from the major vendor whose models will meet your wants and start compare them. Once you have done so one of these unit should satisfy your computing requests for at least a few years.

Wow! When money isn't an idea there are so various options available to you.
There are two that straight come to my mind but I'm not sure that they have Blue Ray.
The Dell XPS M2010 is an amazing device that will make population stop look and then pick up their chin off the ground.
The other one I be thinking about is the AlienWare Aurora mALX. This is another awesome apparatus. You can even have two firm drives in it.
