Toshiba Lap Top M70?

I own a Toshiba Lap Top and for some time now I own noticed that when I hold to restart " reboot" after an upgrade or some thing it will not restart itself I enjoy to do it manually once it has stopped. any philosophy.

I have the same problem next to my old PC (ran Win 98SE). Make sure that you don't hold the guest account turned on, and scan for updates. I found one for Windows 98, it mappes adjectives your drives so it can shutdown faster.

Perhaps you've got too much on your PC that it finds it difficult to cope. My friend's PC would exit Windows, afterwards freeze on the "Windows is shutting down" bit!
I had like peas in a pod problem too! I am really sure it has something to do next to the power settings...anyways, the fastest solution is to just hold onto the power button of your workstation for 10 or more seconds until it shuts down and power it put a bet on up.
