As the previous answerer said, your comp has 2 slots and can support up to 4GB DDR2 memory beside support for DDR2 PC2-4200, DDR2 PC2-5300 speeds.

Unfortunately, if you upgrade to the full 4GB and if you're using a 32-bit operating system, your computer will only show in the order of 3GB RAM. I opened a service request beside Microsoft (SRZ061127002189) to get a definitive answer. Here's a summary of their reply:

"32-bit Vista (by design) does NOT use the full 4GB of physically installed RAM. Technically it could use 4GB (by using PAE to access the memory remapped by the mainboard above the 4GB address boundary). But by a marketing design ruling all Windows Vista 32-bit edition are limited to 4GB address space. Vista Starter is predetermined to 1GB. This is based on marketing decision and cannot be cheated with the PAE-Kernel."
