How can i buy a working $80 laptop?
Answers:
Google this--MIT swapfest. It have lots of locations, you'll have to look for the one nearest you, i regard as it mostly travels up and down the east coast. Its basicly an electronics flea market. I get a great working laptop that runs xp for 15 bucks (dont expect that, it took some work and i was incredibly lucky). Most laptops (pc) inventory from $65-100, right around your price range. If you live too far away, self try ebay, or yes, a yardsale. or google and look for some sort of computer/electronics flea market thingy practical you. good luck
