I'm rrunning Win. XP on my Dell latop and when I click on the envelope at top of eyeshade to open my OE (outlook Express), the box will pop up similar to it's going to open later it just 'sits' within not opening my email. What would be impose of this? Also, when I try to run a scan disk or defrag the scan disk won't run and then my defrag tell me it needs more space..please sustain!
