How do I know if my Laptop have an ExpressCard Slot?

Hi,

I own a Dell Latitude D800, Dell Latitude D610 and IBM ThinkPad Laptops. How do I know if my laptops have an Express Card Slot.
I am looking for a 2 Port FireWire/USB Card, and I don't know whether I should move about for the PCI or Express Card ?
