How to install an English Version of Windows XP on an Spanish Version?

I hold a laptop that I bought in England and around 2 months ago and it crashed. I know live in Spain and i go to have it repaired surrounded by a spanish shop where they have to reinstall Windows XP. However they did not have an english copy and they enjoy install it in Spanish ( and I don't speak spanish yet) I know get an English copy of windows XP but I can't be in charge of to install it. it keeps wise saying that the language of my compact disc diffears from the language on my laptop and does not consent to me carry on. What can I do? I judge I need to reformat it from the unyielding drive but I don't know how to do and when I put the CD when switching on my laptop it does not start on its own. Thank you.

Answer:
You own to enter the BIOS and set the first boot device to your CD drive. Watch the blind as it boots, it'll tell you what knob to hit. And yes, a reformat and reinstall is needed. I agree with the previous answerer. Call the capitalist and pay for the restore disks. I have to pay Gateway $20 for XP and drivers disk when I get one in French. But I considered necessary the disks anyway. Hope that helps. Good luck.
You are probably going to enjoy to buy the English version. If it's two months aged. try contacting the maker of the computer, and ask them for the salvage disks
