I bought a hot Packard Bell unproblematic make a note of laptop 6 months ago...?

I own tried to go to the Packard Bell site to receive any updates but when I enter the serial number the site says it is invalid...should his verbs me? I bought it new from a ably know High Street retailer.

Hello, I really dont think so, you should be worried, I work for Apple computers, and we bring back lots of similar calls. Most of the time, those have this sort of problem due to entering some extra digits or entering epistle "O" instead of entering zero etc.

You can also find the serial number mentioned on the System Credentials form, shipped with your computer.
