How do i set my dell laptop to not dim the eyeshade when its not plugged contained by? i cant see anything only just?

its not contained by any of the power options anywhere.. is near a program or tweak or anything? lemme know.

Usually on Dell's there is a button on the the ivories where you press FN and a button that looks similar to a sun with the arrow pointing down and another button next to the sun with an arrow pointing up. Click on the one next to the arrow pointing up
