Not sure what a diluted memory board is except maybe specifically the motherboard.

Finding a new/used motherboard could be as much as a new laptop when you factor surrounded by the labor charges too.

If your hard drive isn't dog-eared, you can remove it and your files removed. If the damaged motherboard didn't fry your not easy drive.

I think this is what you are asking.
Say what?? What does 'pay for the arrange' suggest?

Memory board...is that RAM or hard drive? Neither requires you to bring a new computer. If it is your knotty drive, then your 'My Documents' are probably gone.
If your computer is not repairable , later it would be wise to buy a investigational one. You should consult a computer expert about this problem and wish his advice. If it is costly to repair it consequently it would be advisable to buy new one because the computers are becoming cheaper & cheaper hours of daylight by day
