Will this laptop be ample for programs approaching a CS3 suite?
core 2 duo processor (1.666 ghz)
120 gb hd
2gigs run into (i can upgrade)

what i'm worried about is that the 1.66 ghz processor won't be adequate to run programs smoothly...if you don't think thats plenty, can you give me suggestions on other laptops to buy below 1300 dollars?

the duo processor is actually 2 processors on one chip...
So if truth be told you will be running at over 3 ghz.
With vista and CS3 you will need a see @ss video card or you are going to take a working hit there too...

The only article I can think of is the Video Card.
What you can do is download the trial book and see if it runs.
