Okay you really inevitability to make your posts more clear. Do you suggest reboot the computer? Just go Start > Turn bad Computer > Restart. Do you mean reinstall window? Then you'll need the xp reinstall cd that come with the laptop, only just boot off of it and you'll be on your track.
