How do I conduct operations to connect my laptop 2 my TV that have merely an audio & video port?

The laptop solely has an S-video port while the TV also have a place to plug in a SCART chain along with the Audo/video ports.

U involve a way for VIDEO OUT on your computer.... the video ports that are on ur tv are VIDEO IN... so... EITHER... u find a tv that have svideo... .or.... u find.... a card that has Video out for ur TV...
