I obligation a laptop that can play age of empire 3!?

All right, first I go to Staples and asked the guy for the cheapest laptop that could play aoe3. So he showed me one for 650$ and I bought it. Come home install all the antivirus crap, download aoe3 trial, guess what? Doesn't work. So I move about back, homily to the guy he gives me the full "laptops aren't built for games" speech and points me to a pc. I vote I'll think roughly and leave. So here I am and I want the excellent (and hopefully more reliable) community here at QAPOP.com to update me what to do. I need links those, I live in Canada postal code l9y4n9 if it matter. My price range is 700 and below. I entail the best laptop for that much or less, remember it MUST play aoe3. If I would be better to move about with a laptop (I'd prefer a laptop) then administer me some links for that. But remember >700$.
!

Thanks so much!!

Answers:
You can find a laptop that can play AOE3, but not for $700. $700 just isn't ample. For AOE3 you need a graphics card, which you're not going to find contained by a $700 laptop, but that you can find in a $700 desktop. Either reap up some more money, or go next to a desktop.

For $800 this would be the absolute cheapest you could travel: http://www.newegg.com/product/product.as... However you'd have to find it somewhere else because Newegg.com doesn't deliver to Canada.
Well adjectives I can say is you should win a Mac, I know it is out of you price range but put aside up!

By the Way:
That game rocks!!
ok, i know your on a tight budget so here is a super belief.

dont think *new* laptop on your budget.Think refurbished.

up to that time you say, i dont want a second paw laptop, sometimes noone has even have them, might be a scratch on cover,(who care? for 200-500euro off) or sent back for a fault(and the fault are corrected, trust me)check out some big brand websites like dell.com.

i am from ireland, and on the irish dell site, in attendance is a "dell outlet" store...it sells refurbished laptops for a cut price of unsullied.

refurbished laptops go through a class test contained by dell outlet so that they are *as new* standard. bought one myself and VERY pleased with what i bought. bought for EUR1000 and to buy contemporary is over EUR1500 for the specs i got... dell inspiron 1520.

you can go and get the older model(inspiron 6400) next to great specs for much cheaper.

im sure other big companies do this aswell.

also ebay may be a good pick.

now to the specs you will have need of to get perfect enjoyment...

processor***...try procure a dual core 1.6ghz +(intel)
graphics***...DO NOT GET INTEL INTERGRATED GRAPHICS...ONLY get a **dedicated** graphics card resembling nvidia or ati...128mb plus
memory***...512mb plus(try get a 1gb)
hdd***...40gb plus

that should be a naked minimum to get fitting performance for the team game...keep that within mind.

AND...remember ONLY get a DEDICATED graphics card! i made the mistake earlier of getin intel 945, never again!

Hope that helps, and apposite luck

P.S. sorry for Euro currency and not canadian dollars

UPDATE*** check out http://www.systemrequirementlab.com/,... choose game you want to see if you can run on laptop you enjoy, let it do it's work......consequently it will tell u exactly what your system specs are, what you requirement to to run minimum and recommended versus your specs.

i know how you feel(have been within your position) so trying to help out as much as possible.

bye.
