What is the difference? and what is the best?

There are too plentiful core technology released by Intel, what is the difference between them?
I have Core 2 Duo, what is the difference between this and the core centrino duo? Can any one explain? or supply a website?
Thanks all.

Answers:
The core 2 duo is the top of the strip CPU from Intel. Centrino is just an intel brand identify for their products.
I think the second one you programmed is the same item, but in Spanish. A multi-core CPU (or chip-level multiprocessor, CMP) combines two or more independent cores into a single collection comprised of a single piece silicon integrated circuit (IC), called die, or more dies package together. A dual-core device contains two independent microprocessors and a quad-core device contains four microprocessors.
Centrino is a "technology" that integrates a true mobile processor, wireless integration, power consumption/heat dissipation. These notebooks are designed to enjoy more efficient power consumption so mobile users can stay mobile longer. Normally u won't receive a centrino in a dignified end notebook due to power demands of the better video cards, high clock processors or memory. Hope this helps.
