Are you impressed w/ Vista so far??
I am trying to like it, but I enjoy my XP Pro disk on the ready surrounded by case I really capture POed with it.
It's a crisp OS and adjectives, but b/c everything was designed for XP, driver issues is the sticking point that keep me from really falling in love near it.
Maybe I'll eventually like it, as I didn't similar to going from 98 to XP at first, but XP may be the new 98 surrounded by that everyone will keep it until they HAVE to upgrade.
Answer:
vista is a greatly interesting OS. When i upgraded a couple months ago when it was released, i be surprised. i thought that it is was impressively, very "heavywight" that can drag your resources at times. but it looks so much better than xp next to more accessibility in more places and a unmarked theme. Time after time i did want to step back to xp because partially of my software didnt work and it wasnt as smooth but i stuck wit it. After incidently my hard drive completely messed up for no reason which is human being replaced tomorrow i dont know whether to go spinal column or too stick wit xp? anyway i dont understand how you get a laptop with vista designed for xp? Wit the drivers.. basically update most of thwm and they'll b fine.
i'd like to enunciate yes but unfortunately... no
I detest it, half my software won't run, it won't allow me to delete folders, it keep putting annoying pop-ups on the screen
Pretty much resembling XP when it first came out
iT'S GREAT BECAUSE YOU DON'T HAVE TO PRESS sTART TO SHUT DOWN YOUR COMPUTER!
I also in recent times got a laptop the other time and it already had Vista installed. I can't stand it!! I'm seriously considering have it removed and installing XP onto it. Hopefully Microsoft will come out with a service pack 2 to fix adjectives the problems with it.
I predict that Vista will go wrong miserably. All that changed in Vista is the GUI (the cut the user interacts with). They didn't change how record transfers occur. The OS still buts the files contained by a temporary location and transfers the record to where you want when it have the complete file. Vista still get stuck on one file if it can't copy that record so, if I transfer 30000 files and give up it running overnight and Vista gets stuck on the 5th directory, it stays stuck and wont copy the other files that it can copy.
networking is a affliction in the @$$, I've be a computer techie for 8+ years and a Network Administrator for over a year. I am not impressed at all beside Vista.
I really "like" how Vista comes with IE7 wich hyperlinks keywords near advertisements that Microsoft chooses beforehand...
In short, Microsoft is surrounded by a bad place right immediately. Vista is their new flagship OS and Microsoft undeniably can't release another (fresh) OS before the decade is over. They are gonna hold to get flawless with the Xbox to stay finacially stable...
I would run a flavor of LINUX back I would ever be forced to run VISTA. It is an overblown money grab from the kings of crap M$
Get Ubuntu. There is a erudition curve involved but once you get the conception what they (the program) wants it will amaze you. And it's free. Can't smash that!
I am not impressed with Windows Vista. It's a shame that Microsoft made such a poor feature product. Windows XP is 100% better. Windows Vista has too masses problems, and it is not cool at all, no situation how convincing Microsoft gets. The wallpaper is the single thing cool just about it. I went on google.com, typed within Windows Vista wallpaper, and got a nice wallpaper for Windows XP. I will never purchase Windows Vista, even though my computer can bar the Ultimate version. I'm not going to receive it just because of the nice wallpaper.
