Acer Laptop is soo slow sustain!!?

I enjoy read everyone answers on here... but none have solved my problem.. I dl Norton's Antivirus final wk and ever since then, it is slow and my pictures on the lattice are all blurry.So I delete NAV yesterday, changed my color quality checked for an accelerator, delete all temp files and shortcuts still, to no avail I can't bring back on the net immediately.Also, I have a Alltel line card evdo-1 and have have it only a year. How can I verbs this up and fix everything??
