hi, ive bought this lapotop few days ago and i freshly made recovery DVDs. to check the retrieval DVDs i tried to format the hard driver and reinstall everything approaching the manufacture setting . but after installing i realised that some option are gone e.g. webcam demo and so on , also most of the devices are not installed correctly. build in camera is ruined and Lightscribe as well . i tried to contact Hp and i did , they hold 24,7 online service and so on but their knowledge is not polite.
so any idea > please abet . im not happy next to my purchase at all :( :( :( :( :( THANKS
