Get Component cable if your TV supports them. or either RGB cable. Going rca is not right, nor does your video card suppport it.
Nope. Your best bet is to use a HDMI cable to hook it up to your tv. I don't know of any TV brand that supports for 1080p resolution on basic RCA connections, most high-definition TV's minus HDMI ports but with component ports single go up to 1080i. I don't know if any companies engineer any HDMI to component cables. Check to see what resolution your laptop is.
