it will open a glass and click on device manager,
you will see a enumerate of hardwares connected to computer.
Switch on the modem,if it has a switch, the you will see
NETWORK ADAPTER odds, double click on it, it will show
where the modem is connected, if you see a red cross on it
right click on that and click on see option.
This will see the modem.
