My laptop is not accepting bios passward. What should I do?

Hold down the power button for 5 seconds to turn the computer sour completely. Then turn it back on and see if accept the password.
If that doesn't work, contact Acer customer support.
The only other approach to reset a BIOS password is to remove the small battery from the computer's motherboard and later put it back within 5 seconds subsequent. This, however, can void most laptop warranty. I suggest contacting customer support before performing this step.
