does bfme2 one and only support ATI and nvidia cards ? no others like intel pentium core 2 duo or anything similar to that cause theres not that heaps laptops that have those the cheapest is the acer from best buy can u muse of any others?? plz help

It's not that the team game only supports those two cards, it is that those two brands of Video adapters are across the world the best performers.

You might know how to get away next to playing it on an Intel Integrated adapter, but expect to have poor pictographic detail and low framerates.

If you are looking for a computer to play games with primarily, you would be better rotten buying a desktop as laptops are generally not made for gaming.
