Can I use a laptop that be bought within the USA surrounded by other country?

Answer:
yea it's no prob. most laptops already hold an adaptor that easily change its voltage 100-240V. As long as ur in that list u can run ur laptop. i've used my laptop in the Philippines for 4 years and it worked out fine of which i bought within Canada.
As long as you have the proper adapter for the electric wiring!
Yes. The power converter should be a dual 110/240 or something close so you do not need an adapter.
Yes. Most laptop adapter take an input from 110-240Volts and convert it to the power needed by your laptop. Check the adapter that comes with your laptop. It should mention a band of input voltage that it will accept.

If you are not sure, only just bring a travel power adapter such as the one advertised by the sharper photograph.

Good Luck!
Yes... but with a couple of caveat.

1. Make sure that the charger is capable of working at 120V (USA) and at 220/240V (Britain, Australia and various other countries.) If not you will need to buy a step-down transformer, (available contained by most travel shops.)

2. If you are using dial-up to connect to the net, tons internal modems will not recognize the dial tone within other countries. There is a setting in most laptop modems that will put in the picture the system not to look for a dial tone. Use this setting if you have trouble dialling within. Other than that, Happy Surfing!
