I would recommend against disconnecting one of them. If you've get two fans, they'll probably be in that for a reason.
The one on the fund panel is usually always an exhaust and it probably the most crucial case admirer you can have.
If you really 'have to' disconnect the other one try it and monitor the system warmth, if you notice a dramatic increase next connect it back up again hurriedly.
Personally I have 5 valise fans (7 within total including CPU and GPU fans) 2 intakes at the front and exhausts back, side and top but I enjoy overclocked my CPU, graphics card and memory so I really need the extra cooling.
If near is a problem with the admirer, buy a replacement, even over-engineered super-silent fans solely cost about lb10 - lb15 ($20 - $30).

I have a laptop and simply have one. I would assume its not detrimental. I do overuse my laptop alot. Dont worry, as long as yuo dont ABUSE it (leave it on for 3 days or something) it will be fine.

It depends which adherent is cooling what - the fan cooling the biggest CPU should never be disconnected. However, because there be fans at hand already, they must have be there for a purpose and masses different hardware need to be cooled to prevent over-heating and malfunctioning the system. I ponder you should leave it - if one is inconsistent, then gain it replaced.

coz two addational fans are provided for the consumption of the upper air in the cabinet.
you can disconnet the one or two fan except the processor fan.
I hold the cainet with addational two fan.
but they are at the rear side.
