Just Upgraded My RAM, should I re-format?

It is NEVER needed. Although the rest here are recounting you that, I don't think they're person blunt enough!
Upgrading RAM doesn't affect your Windows installation. The system will in a jiffy recognize the other RAM and adjust your page file as expected. Reinstalling Windows would be a waste of time.
its a plug and play device. Nah... there's no inevitability to reformat it. Just make sure that your computer is turned bad when you install that and always discharge your static when holding that memory. ***EDIT: Ooops, I stand corrected. I thought this be a desktop upgrade. :)
Not necessary, nor suggested. If you be to replace your motherboard with a different model next yes. If you were to dance from a Duo to a Quad processor, then yes.
