Yesterday i cleaned my registry?

yesterdsay while i be cleaning my registry everything went fine but after today in the morning my charge bar go to classic and i couldnt change anything have no internet or nothing wouldnt even tolerate me system restore can someone help me please how do i do the restore from the computer i hold no disks

never mess near your pc registry if you do not know what you are doing. my best suggestion is bukle down ,,go buy copy of window xp pro and do a new install of operating system,
