I own hp pavilion dv2046tu laptop wid 512 bump and onboard graphics, can i upgrade to 1 gb and illustrative card?

resourcefully other laptops in impossible to tell apart series have 1gb hit and nvidia graphics, so can i make my vista talented laptop to vista ready by
