Thanks to K S for their connection.

There is a version 1.4 immediately available from the developer http://rotebetasoftware.net/

I just downloaded it - amazingly useful. Free. It doesn't require installation, newly click the exe to run, once you've unzipped the download.
go to control panel, later add or remove programs.
Go to My Computer, right click the C Drive god and then click properties. It will show you a pie chart which tell you how much space is used on your hard disk.
Then overt the C Drive and you will see a list of adjectives the folders on the drive. You can see how big each folder is by placing the cursor over the folder and a box will appear clich¨¦ how many Gb or Kb that folder take, or you can right click the folder and choose properties. You can carry on by slit each folder and exploring the contents within the same passageway.

Same as above.or you could download Folder Size from here:

http://www.sixfiles.com/dbase/files/rote...

It shows folders and their size on a bar graph.
Try SequoiaView.

This antediluvian program (2002 for xp) runs fine in Vista (inc 64), and shows you the entire layout of the files on respectively drive. You can even create colour schemes, so that video are blue, Compressed Media are Red, and Music is Green (or whatever you wish).

It's free, and I've be using it for nearly 5 years without any problem (except you stipulation to click Restore Down then Maximise to draw from a full screen display.)

It even shows you the autograph of the file when you move the mouse pointer over it.
