Any process to speed up my computer admirer?

I would similar to to speed up my computer fan and I enjoy tried using speedfan.. I want to use a program to speed it up instead of bios

Clean it and put some oil on its screw
Replace it next to a higher rpm enthusiast. They're cheap. Or add one if you're have heat problems.
Why would you?If it's not cooling the computer ample add a fan(copy the route your other fan is hooked up)because if you increase the speed it will capture a lot noisier and would't acheive much
