Will a requirement for 166 MMX work on my Pentium 448MHz?

I want to purchase a Memorex Disk Drive and the system requirements are Pentium 166 MMX or greater. I am unfamiliar next to MMX. My system has Intel Pentium 448 MHz. I obligation to know if the drive will work with my system. Is MMX matching as MHz?

Answer:
I don't know of any Pentium that has 448 MHz... Though 400 MHz pluz would be an early Pentium 3... which already has MMX built-in.
Yes it will. The MMX be a technology that Intel added into the 166 MHz chips to allow for better graphical resolution without taxing the CPU as much. The MMX be actually a inferior sticker that OEMs could put on systems if that chip was added onto your PC.
