PC problem?

What's wrong beside my PC? My PC got slower and when i check for virus and trojans within isn't there. Also the eyeshade keep turning sour and i have to restart manually. Every time I log on the computer tend to freeze or turn the signal rotten. I think there's a hardware problem. I don't believe it's overheating because it be my first time using it. Can you help me near it in simplest lingo? I'm no computer genius. I'm using etrust EZ Antivirus.
