What should O do if my computer's wireless loses compatibility beside the DSL's wireless?

My signal strength is thinned, and not getting good frequency and my internet speed is SLOW. The computer techs for my computer say my computer's wireless has lost compatibility beside the DSL. How can I get it backbone?

Answer:
See if the wireless has any updates, or you may requirement to unistall and reinstall with the inventive software.
Does the computer that is connected to the router by an ethernet cable run faster but the computer to be exact wireless running slower. If so it sounds like your router. Have you tried to be closer to the router to see if it is a signal interferrence? If it is better when you are nearer to the router next it could be a cordless phone that runs at 2.4gh. Also the antenae may not have a clear pathway to your wireless. Move the antenae around and see if that helps.
