How can I restore my IM fanlight to the small size so it will not cover my peak?

I have a small text fanlight with IM after suddenly it expanded to fit my pc blind. It never was this size until that time. What to know what I can do to restore the orginal size to the text skylight.

Answer:
Double-click, on the top of the window, where on earth the colored band is. Or press ALT Space, and chose "size".
