Dirty C: Volume?

My computer is dictum that it has a dirty C: Volume. I've tried fixing the errors, but it doesn't work. Everytime I restart my computer it runs checkdisk, and it take about 10 minutes for it to boot. How can I walk about fixing this problem? Any back would be really appreciated!

Answer:
try to repartition and format the hard disk, if installation succeeds, it will skip the unpromising sectors.otherwise you will enjoy to replace the hard disk
try running c:\chkdsk /F this should fix errors on the disk
To verbs up some of the clutter on your C: drive, start in Safe Mode using the F8 push button. Once booted up, run your disk cleaner..
Start / Run / cleanmgr

Options that can be chosen for cleanup:

Temporary Internet Files
Temporary Setup Files
Downloaded Program Files
Old Chkdsk Files
Recycle Bin
Temporary Files
Temporary Offline Files
Offline Files
Compress Old Files
Catalog Files for the Content Indexer

I usually select everything except fcor the Compress Old Files.
