My DVD/CD-ROM drive is worn-out. When I shift to device organizer it shows a ashen exalmation point.backing me plz

unseal up the case and brand sure the connections from the drive to the motherboard and power supply are firmly attached. If they are, then you might own to get a spanking new drive. Don't worry though, as you can bring back a decent one around $30 on www.newegg.com
